We understand that just because you are considering a web presence for your organization, this does not necessarily mean you have a lot of internet knowledge. This guarantee is our way of giving you added confidence as you take your business into the internet age.

Our Guarantee

• We will communicate with you on a regular basis and no work will be undertaken that has not been first agreed to by you.

• We will charge you for our initial design when you are happy with it, and not before. Nothing will be charged to you unless you have approved it first.

• We will not charge for the initial consultation, or any others that occur thereafter.

• If after the initial design stage you decide not to proceed, for whatever reason, you will be charged a nominal, one time fee of $75.

• Any further site maintenance/updates that occur after the project is completed will remain at the agreed price for at least 12 months.
